Sorry it has taken time to contact you, but has been mad at work of late, which I am sure you can relate to. I wanted to make time on behalf of Sarah and I to say a big thankyou for the wedding video you have done, which is a priceless memory to us.
I have to say that I have never experienced service like yours, and that is why I feel I need to take time out to say a few words of how grateful we are.
Firstly this is like doing another speech, as we want to convey our true thanks, so here we go ...
Mitchell Video is one of the most professional yet easy to speak to companies I have come across, as from the first point of contact they bent over backwards to accommodate and understand what we required for our wedding day. Through the build up Mitchell Video was very conscious of what we needed and not only did they commuincate well they listened well, which ended in producing a professional, high quality video with memories that will never be lost, thanks to Rob Mitchell.
Rob has managed to capture everyone's emotions throughout the day and has enabled Sarah and I to relive our day over and over again. Once the day was completed Rob called us to inform us when it was ready and again has supplied a flawless aftersales service. I cannot convey our thanks enough, but certainly would highly recommned for people to use Mitchell Video without hesitation.

Karen and Grant have given us a copy of the wedding video and we had to write and tell you how fantastic it is - it was like reliving the whole day. Thankyou so much - it is a great tribute to your skills as a videographer as most of the time we were completely unaware that you were filming. The way you have captured the special moments of the day and blended the music, particularly the last section with the highlights in black and white were very moving.

Dear Rob,
Thankyou so much for our lovely wedding video. Everyone in the family thinks that it is wonderful. Our house has turned into a cinema as so many of our friends and family want to see it. The music is arranged wonderfully and the images are very touching.
